The GE DS200DCFBG1B is a dedicated power supply board for the Mark V Series, designed to support diverse turbine systems including AC2000, CB2000, DC2000, FC2000, ME2000, and EX2000. Its core role is delivering two critical power types: control-level power for system logic and enclosure fan power for thermal management, ensuring stable operation of turbine drives. Beyond power delivery, it integrates circuits for motor control and SCR generator driving, while enabling communication with SDCC/LDCC control boards—making it a multifunctional hub for Mark V power and signal management.

Broad System Compatibility & Specialized Power Delivery
It works across six major turbine systems, with tailored functionality for EX2000. Unlike basic power supplies, it splits output into control-level power for sensitive electronics and enclosure fan power for heat dissipation, addressing dual critical needs of turbine operation. This versatility eliminates the need for multiple discrete power components.
Integrated Circuits & Targeted Communication
It houses a full suite of circuits: control-level power supplies, motor field power/armature current circuits, AC line current monitoring, and SCR generator driver circuits. For communication with SDCC/LDCC boards, it uses a voltage-controlled oscillator to convert input voltages to frequency signals sent via 1PL connector and amplifier circuits for voltage feedback. DIP switch SW6 lets users actively scale motor voltage feedback, ensuring precise signal alignment with control boards.
Flexible Configuration & Clear Diagnostics
Customization is enabled via 12 jumpers (JP) for system options and 7 DIP switches (SW) for fine-tuning. Diagnostics are simplified with three indicators: two red LEDs (CR51 for FU2 DC regulator, CR55 for FU3 DC regulator) and one neon lamp (LT1 for FU1 AC line status), providing instant visual alerts for fuse/regulator issues. Five test points further allow direct monitoring of voltages, signal values, and ACCT status, streamlining troubleshooting.
Robust Protection & Connectivity
Three integrated protective fuses prevent power interruptions from faults like overcurrent, safeguarding both the board and connected turbine components. It also features 27 total connectors (18 plug-style, 9 stab-style) for seamless interfacing with other Mark V Series products, ensuring reliable signal and power transfer across the turbine control system.
